Words to live by - deep end Some days it’s easy to rest on your laurels and skate along or paddle in the shallow end if you will. It’s easy and you’re safe and know the way. The only way we will ever improve is to challenge ourselves. Get out of our confront zones and see what we’re capable of. Sink or Swim if you will!!

You never know… you might just swim. If we never challenge ourselves we never truly know what we’re capable of.

I’m in the deep end at the moment. I’m determined to swim!!

Is it time to jump in the deep end? Do you feel like you’re sinking or swimming, or both?

it is… overwhelming at times but you just need to keep treading water and you will eventually swim. Jx

I am so excited for you lovely. You will swim no worries. All ok here. Just a flat week and giving myself a reminder to keep challenging myself. Jx

This post really resonates deep inside me. Not certain why, but I think it’s because a few months ago I took a huge jump into the deep end. Expected myself to drown, but I swam. Not tidy strokes at first but kept my head above water and the last few months, I’ve found the swimming in the deep end easier. I’m kinda amazed I’ve managed so far outside my comfort zone.

Nat I love hearing that you’re swimming with ease now. It’s truly amazing what we’re capable of when we gives ourselves the chance. Jx
